- MARKET DIALOGUE
The technical dialogue will be organized by the key members of the request for tender material
commenting and ordering draft versions of documents by answering questions related to the object of the acquisition. The client's goal is to send the draft versions of the tender documents for comment at the end of November 2025. The customer reserves approximately two weeks' commenting time for the editors.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
The customer's target schedule for procurement for implementation is:
- publication of the procurement notice at the end of January 2026
- submission of participation applications mid-February 2026
- publication of the final request for tender/request to submit a tender at the end of February 2026
- submission of bids mid-April 2026
- procurement decision early May 2026 and signing of the maintenance contract at the end of May 2026
