• Call for market dialogue: Maintenance of track and safety equipment 2027-2032 maintenance area 5 (Haapamäki star) MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the maintenance of the Track and safety equipment 2027-2032 in maintenance area 5, which is being prepared regarding the needs of the Finnish Railways Agency. The technical dialogue is organized by commenting on the draft versions of the key documents of the tender and answering the customer's questions related to the object of the procurement. The subscriber's goal is to send draft versions of the tender documents for comment in early May 2026. The customer reserves approximately two weeks' commenting time for the editors. PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE The customer's target schedule for the implementation of the procurement is: - publication of the procurement notice end of May/beginning of June 2026 - submission of participation applications mid-June 2026 - publication of the final call for tenders/request to submit a tender at the end of June 2026 - submission of bids early September 2026 - procurement decision early October 2026 and signing of the maintenance contract at the end of October 2026 - maintenance preparation period of about 5 months (November 2026 - March 2027) - start of operational maintenance on April 1, 2027 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE NOTICE This notice is advance notice.
