Description:
This is not a procurement announcement, nor a request for bids, but an announcement about a market dialogue / information session. The city of Mikkeli will tender paving and stone work for the years 2026-2027, with possible option years 2028 and 2029. The procurement concerns paving and stone works mainly in the central city area, but also in Anttola, Haukivuori, Ristina, Otava and Suomenniemi. The construction sites are streets and roads with public traffic as well as other traffic and other areas. In addition, the subscriber can order separate infrastructure construction projects. Based on the data from the previous contract, it is estimated that the surface area of traffic lanes is approximately 40,000 m2 and the construction of municipal engineering is approximately 33,000 m2. The contractor acts as the main implementer in the project. A job the performance period is 1 May 2026 - 31 December 2027. Based on this procurement process, one contract supplier is selected. The annual work period is 1 May to 31 October. The customer organizes an opportunity for market dialogue for companies interested in the competition.
