• This announcement is an invitation to market dialogue. This announcement is not a pre-announcement, a procurement notice, a request for tenders, and the publication of the announcement does not start a bidding process. The customer organizes a market dialogue as a basis for the planned pilot project, whose goal is to present the future pilot project to interested service providers. Parties interested in the pilot project can familiarize themselves with the material published on Tarjouspalvelu.fi as an attachment to this announcement. Market dialogue will be held with the Teams application on Wednesday 28 January 2026 from 13:00 to 14:30. Registration for the market dialogue (participants' names and e-mail addresses) is requested no later than 26 January 2026 at 16:00 by e-mail to kymp.yllapitohankinnat@hel.fi. As the subject of the e-mail, please put "Workplace wastewater treatment market dialogue". When registering, you are also asked to indicate your willingness to participate in a bilateral technical dialogue. We will attend the event on a general level, dialogue about the purpose of the procurement and its definition, as well as aiming to obtain sufficient information about the scope of the market for the preparation of the procurement, as well as the interest of service providers in participating in the procurement. The goal is to get information from the market for the preparation of procurement, such as solutions already on the market suitable for processing the fine solids of construction site water in construction site conditions or solutions that are in advanced development, as well as receiving procurement...
