ATTENTION! This is not a request for tender, a procurement announcement or a preliminary announcement, but an announcement about starting a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has started preparing the procurement of Harjalamellie and invites suppliers to participate in the market dialogue. The object of the acquisition is brush slats with various accessories. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market situation and to hear the thoughts of potential suppliers about the execution of the tender and the preparation of the request for tender. The market dialogue is implemented as Teams discussions (duration approx. 45-60 min) initially during weeks 50-51 and as needed during weeks 2-3. The city of Espoo does not undertake to discuss with all those registered for the market dialogue. Request for tender documents can also be sent to those who have registered for the market dialogue for comment, as announced later at the time. We ask suppliers who are interested in participating in the market dialogue to register by e-mail by 12.00 on 2 December 2025 to the address: sakkurta@espoo.fi. Title your message as follows: "Market dialogue - Procurement of brush plates 2026" and tell us when registering the name and email address of the persons participating in the market dialogue from your company. You can also attach a short introduction about your company to the message.
