NOTE! This is not a request for tender, a procurement announcement or a preliminary announcement, but an announcement about starting a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has started the preparation for the procurement of the Electronic maintenance book system and invites suppliers for market dialogue. The electronic maintenance book system manages the maintenance and upkeep information of real estate and buildings and guides related tasks. PROCUREMENT OBJECTIVES The object of the procurement is Sähköinen to be acquired as a service maintenance book system according to the following: - System as a software service (SaaS) - Implementation and adaptation of the service to Espoo - Application maintenance services - System further development and expert services as needed by Espoo. Electronically the functionality of the maintenance book system is aimed to cover the following: List of functionalities - Making and managing service requests for objects (e.g. properties and buildings) - Information about maintenance tasks and procedures recording and management - Creation and management of maintenance plans - Implementation of self-monitoring - Management of object hierarchies - Energy management and management of energy meters (water, heat, electricity) and monitoring of energy data - Reporting and statistical functionalities - Management of user roles and access rights The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market situation regarding the purchase of the electronic maintenance book system.
