• This is not a pre-announcement, a procurement announcement or a request for tenders, but an announcement about starting a market dialogue as part of the procurement planning and an invitation to participate in the market dialogue. The city of Vantaa is planning a tender for the fleet emission tool. The object of the procurement is a browser-based software service for fleet emissions management, which can be used by the subscriber to monitor, manage and report the vehicles' CO2 emissions. The goal is to monitor the share of clean vehicles and carry out statutory reporting to the authorities. The scope of the acquisition includes the implementation project of the emission tool, user rights, support and maintenance services, supplementary expert services to be ordered separately and any additional procurement opportunities. The production use of the emission tool will start during Q3/2026. The solution to be procured must initially include the following key functionalities and features: - Fleet grouping, management, reporting and monitoring - Fleet emission analysis - Web-based user interface - Integration with Traficom's vehicle register - Integration with Entra-ID - Multi-level user profiles Operators offering an emission tool are asked to register for the market dialogue by Friday By 12 noon on June 5, 2026, at the address tägöpalvelu.fi.
