- This is not a procurement announcement, nor a request for tenders, but an invitation to market dialogue for potential suppliers to comment on the implementation of the tender for the city of Lappeenranta's school transport system. In the competition, applications are being made to improve the planning and management system for school transport in Lappeenranta management and monitoring of school transport. Based on this announcement, operators interested in purchasing a school transport system are asked to register for a market dialogue. The market dialogue event will be held on Wednesday 14 January 2026 at 12-2 pm via the Teams application. The purpose is to find out the principles of the school transport system tendering process and its timing, as well as the operators' views regarding the tendering process. After the market dialogue event, the city of Lappeenranta will continue discussions with operators on the above-mentioned issues.
