Description:
The Salo region's educational municipality group (hereinafter "SSKKY" and the "procurement unit") is planning a procurement that concerns payment services, including payment brokerage, interest on accounts used in payment services, and other services related to the management of account management tools, and possibly also services related to cash management, business credit cards or online banking. Before publishing the request for tenders, the procurement unit wants to conduct a market dialogue with the players in the field. The goal is to have a discussion about the purpose of the acquisition and its definition, as well as key development needs and ensure that the RFP is realistic and competitive. The issues raised will be used in the preparation of the request for tenders. Bidders are asked to note that this notice is an invitation to market dialogue, not a preliminary notice, procurement notice or request for tender. For market dialogue participation is not a prerequisite for participating in a possible subsequent competition. With this announcement, potential bidders interested in the tender are surveyed. Suppliers interested in purchasing are asked to notify by Fri 28.11. by 12:00 p.m. their interest in participating to the market dialogue by sending information about the contact person with contact information by e-mail to mira.lehtovaara@sskky.fi with the subject: "Payment services".
