• MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the procurement of translation, language maintenance, subtitling and transliteration services for the needs of the Norwegian Railways Agency. The Finnish Railways Agency produces a wide range of official communication, expert content and for stakeholders targeted materials in multiple languages ​​as part of their statutory duties. Translation and language maintenance services are a key part of the accessibility, quality, comprehensibility and consistency of official communication. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The object of the acquisition is a comprehensive service of translation, language maintenance, subtitling and transliteration services, through which subscribers can obtain translation services for different language pairs, language maintenance for texts written in the target language, and subtitling and transcription services. Service needs are especially focused on Swedish and English. The materials processed are mainly case texts, presentations, documents (e.g. requests for tenders, contracts), speeches, brochures, articles and online content.
