MARKET DIALOGUE
The purpose of the procurement being prepared is to acquire rail maintenance expert services for Western Finland.
Operators interested in the procurement are asked to register for the market dialogue, as described below in the section "Registration for the market dialoguein accordance with n.
According to the preliminary plan, the services to be procured include track management expert services provided by the responsible track manager, three (3) regional track managers, an electrical engineer, an assistant track manager and a project management expert. Trackhosting experts act as the Customer's representatives. According to the annual clock, the amount of work per expert is estimated to be 1,640 hours.
In addition to the above, it is tentatively planned that the Subscriber could, at its discretion, purchase other track management equipment that supports the track management activitiesclosely related expert service.
According to the preliminary plan, the contract will last for three (3) years and seven (7) months, and in addition, the contract includes as an option the extension of the contract for a maximum of two (2) option periods of a maximum of two (2) years.
If the bidder acts on thisat the beginning of the procurement contract period in the Railway Agency's track maintenance contracts as a supplier, the bidder cannot be selected as a supplier of the service subject to procurement.
