• City of Oulu, group administration invites suppliers to market dialogue. The subject of the market dialogue is the service management system. This notice is not a request for tenders, and its publication does not start a tender, but is for preliminary investigation and request for information related to market mapping. The city of Oulu (subsequently the customer) is considering acquiring a unified service management system for use by the entire city group. In the search, there are existing ready-made system solutions that will not be developed from the zero situation to suit the customer's needs. The new system would replace Requeste, which is currently in use, of which the subscriber has several decentralized installed instances for the own use of different units. With a unified subscriber system we aim for cost benefits and the ability to promote knowledge-based management. You will receive reports on the work done, as well as the possibility to transfer municipal citizen requests received at different service points between different organizations of the customer. Requests can be contacts of municipal citizens or the customer's employees to different units. In addition, the subscriber's employees using the system can add requests in customer service situations. Although the customer often already has well-established operating methods, we are ready to listen to suppliers' proposals for new, better-functioning methods that the supplier's systems can enable.
