According to the new waste law, Rosk'n Roll Oy is preparing for bidding for transport contracts by organizing a market dialogue. The service subject to procurement includes the collection and transport of sludge in the Porvoo and Loviisa contract areas based on the information provided by the customer, the customer to designated reception locations. The tendered contract areas are Porvoo, 2 contract areas (southern, northern); contracting starts on September 1, 2026 Loviisa, 2 contracting areas (western, eastern); contracting starts on September 1, 2026Rosk'n Roll Oy invites service providers (entrepreneurs and companies in the transport industry) to participate to the market dialogue regarding the acquisition. The goal of the dialogue is to inform about future acquisitions and discuss related issues. By bringing up the views and ideas of new and current operators, the aim is to achieve the best possible starting points for procurement. Through market dialogue no offers are asked or given. The information provided in the market dialogue will be treated confidentially and the information will only be used for the preparation of the procurement. The procurement unit is not obliged to carry out the procurement in the ways that emerge in the dialogue. To be implemented later participation in the tender does not require participation in the market dialogue. The market dialogue will be held remotely using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 09.12.2025 at 14:00 - 15:30.
