• This announcement is an invitation to market dialogue. This is not a preliminary notice, a procurement notice or a request for tender. This announcement does not shorten the deadlines of the procurement procedure that may be started later, and participation in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in the procurementunless. The market dialogue does not bind the parties participating in it, and no compensation is paid for participation.
  The Finnish Railways Agency invites service providers to hear about the future competition for the management of station areas in areas 1 and 3.
  Area 1 is located in the Helsinki area. More detailed targets and boundaries are shown in the area mapin In addition to the Vaylavirasto, Helsinki's urban environment department KYMP
  Alue 3 is located on the Pasila-Kirkkonummi railway section. More detailed targets and boundaries are presented in the area description.
  Market dialogue is used to find out the interest of service providers in procurementand hear their views on the content and requirements of the treatment contract. Areas 1 and 3 will be procured through separate tenders.
  This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender. Participating in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participating in competitive tenders that will be annoying latereen. Participating in the market dialogue does not bind any party participating in it.
  The market dialogue is implemented through bilateral Teams negotiations, which will be held on April 4, 2024, and the times will be agreed separately with those interested. Market dialogues are held in Finnish.
