- MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the ongoing maintenance of the track and safety equipment for 2024-2029 maintenance area 4 for the needs of the Vaeylaevirasto and Fintraffic Raide Oy. The technical dialogue will be arranged for the draft versions of the key documents of the tender documentsthrough commenting and answering the customer's questions related to the object of purchase. The client's goal is to send the draft versions of the tender documents for comment at the beginning of February 2024. The customer reserves approximately two weeks' commenting time for the editors. PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE Client's goalthe schedule for the procurement is: - publication of the request for tenders early March 2024 -comparison of offers late April/early May 2024 -procurement decision mid-May 2024 and signing of the maintenance contract late May 2024 -maintenance preparation period about 6 months (summer-Marchpregnancy 2024) operational maintenance start 1 December 2024 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE NOTICE This notice is a preliminary notice. This announcement does not solicit offers. The advance notification is accompanied by an invitation to a market dialogue, in which case all suppliers interested in procurement have the opportunity to purchasetechnical dialogue with the Norwegian Railways Agency. The purpose of the technical dialogue is to have a dialogue on a general level about the object of the procurement and its determination.
