The city of Rovaniemi is planning the purchase of a customer information system. With this request for information, the procurement unit determines the total services available on the market from the customer information system (later "system") as a SaaS service. The procurement covers the following sections: . Customer management and monitoring of the municipality in business services . Customer management and monitoring in the municipality's employment services With the upcoming acquisition, the city of Rovaniemi aims to use a customer data management system that can be used both in business and business services and in employment services. The system is managed personal and company data and manage customership in the municipality's business and employment services and possibly between them. Technically, the acquisition aims for a browser-based system that is suitable for mobile use and does not require separate installations.
