• The City of Rovaniemi Center for Spatial Services is planning a tender for a location-based personal security solution. The future possible acquisition aims to e.g. quick access to help from the staff. The complete SaaS service must offer the following functionalities and needs:- real-time positioning- portable security buttons- mobile application- alarm control- alarm for disabled toilets- video door phones (video and voice connection and door opening). The users of the service will be hospital school staff. The goal is that the call for tenders will be published in May 2026 and the service will come into effect during Q3-4/2026. GENERAL Please note that this is an invitation to a market survey (hereinafter referred to as an announcement), which is not a preliminary announcement, a procurement announcement or a call for tenders. The purpose of the market survey is to survey the market and gather information about the procurement object for future bidding.
