The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the solutions on the market and gather information for future bidding. At this point, no bids are solicited and not given. Teese Botnia Oy Ab invites those interested in the acquisition to register for a market dialogue regarding the preparation of the acquisition. The purpose of this market dialogue is to map existing new solutions and service providers capable of providing the design services mentioned in this document. The market dialogue is implemented as one joint discussion event. After the market dialogue, the procurement unit can supplement the preparation with written documents information requests or other supplier-specific discussions. In the discussion sessions, the bidders are expected to present the technical and functional solutions on offer and to preliminarily evaluate the possibilities of implementing design services as presented in the draft request for tender. Participating in the market dialogue does not bind the supplier to participate in the tender, nor is it a prerequisite for later participation in the actual tender. Responding to a request for information or failure to respond does not affect the bidder's position in the actual tender.
