• The city of Loviisa is preparing a procurement regarding the construction of an overpass as part of the current floating Kruununsilta. The Kruununsilta bridge was completed in the summer of 2023 as a light traffic route connecting the center of Loviisa and the eastern shore of Loviisan Bay sijaitsevan Kuningattarenrannan alueen. After the housing fair 2023, the floating bridge and Kuningattarenranta's park areas have been used for recreation by the townspeople. We would like to invite you to participate in the technical market dialogue to survey the market before starting the actual competition. The purpose of the market dialogue is to give potential bidders the opportunity to provide views and feedback to support the procurement preparation. Participation is voluntary and not later oblige to participate in the tender. It also does not affect the bidder's position in the actual competition. It is a public procurement, which is regulated by the Procurement Act, and the bidding process is strictly limited. Our goal is to find out market interest and ability to implement the planned solution. More detailed questions from the sub-areas in appendix 1. Market dialogue questions and in appendices 2-4 there is more detailed information regarding the floating bridge overpass.
