- The object of the procurement is a camera surveillance system, as described in the tender documents, to be used in various offices in the Lapland welfare area.
The aim of the framework arrangement is to enable the system procurement of new premises, updating and harmonizing the systems in use, as well as responding to the changing and mutually different needs of the various objects in the welfare area, taking into account cost-effectiveness and operational reliability. The contract period of the framework agreement is four years and the agreement includes an option for two one-year option contract periods.
The equipment included in the system is purchased as a one-time investment for the ownership of the welfare area. Equipment maintenance and service is then purchased separately as a service. If the wellness area so wishes, the equipment can also be purchased as an alternative service.

This is a restarted procurement procedure. Lapland's welfare area suspended the previous procurement for the camera surveillance system because it was necessary to make changes to the tender documents.
