Description:
The goal of the procurement is to provide the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences Oy with a cost-effective package, where the indoor positioning solution provides a flexible basis for various services utilizing positioning, such as space/work station reservation and the construction of guided routes.
We are looking for servicesa service provider that is able to offer:
- an indoor positioning system with the desired BLE technology
- a high-quality map of the customer's premises, a mobile map application and kiosk-type solutions
- reservation of premises and workstations and pre-defined guided routes.
The mobile app willbe able to navigate in such a way that the user can see his own location and the route to the destination up to date.
The system must be able to connect applications made by a third party and integrate measurement data from external sensors, such as room temperature and room air quality.
Indoor locationThe system must show a route between two points and support the user's navigation to the destination so that the user's location is updated when traveling to the destination.
The University of Oulu supplies the service provider with up-to-date map templates in DWG or PDF format.
The estimated total value of the procuremento 400,000 - 750,000 including the costs of 48 months and additional and supplemental procurements to be implemented later.
