• Description:
• Varsinais-Suomen's welfare region tenders with a limited procurement procedure, to the extent indicated by the documents, the expansion of the CAMPUSKOTI care home facilities as a shared contract, where the construction contractor acts as the main contractor, as defined by the legislation as the main contractor and the contractor responsible for site management duties. The contracts mentioned below are subordinated to the main contract as side contracts. Salo IoT Park Oy operates as a contract developer. The new care facilities will be established at the Salo IoT Campus in the E and F wings located on the 3rd floor of the Kampa building. On the 0th floor of the building, secondary facilities such as social, storage and maintenance facilities for the staff will be placed. The premises to be changed on the 3rd floor have previously served as offices and as psychiatry reception shelters. The total scope of the project is approximately 3552 m². The building is located at Joensuunkatu 7, 24100 Salo. In the G wing of the 3rd floor of the same property mass, the Varsinais-Suomenhyvinvointuien has been operating for a few years care home unit Campuskoti Merihelmi. A total of 56 care apartments will be established in the project, each apartment has its own bathroom. In addition to the apartments, various meeting spaces, offices/workrooms, medicine rooms, storage and waste management facilities will be built, distribution kitchen, general care facilities, clothing and equipment maintenance facilities and multipurpose facilities.
