Description:
The object of the procurement is the construction of a cannon snow trail and the spreading of cannon snow. 1. Making a cannon snow pile - Cannon snow is made in Hakkari's outdoor recreation area. The snow pile is made with the operator's own equipment. The total size of the cannon snow pile is 4000 m3, however, taking the weather conditions into account. - The operator must have his own snow cannon as well as the necessary electrical cables and water hoses. In addition to our own equipment, we use the one owned by the municipality and repaired to be suitable only for making cannon snow and simplified in terms of automation pressure booster. - Cannon snow is made from January whenever there is enough frost. The work also includes the design of the snow pile and the necessary excavator work for thermal insulation with a mulch layer, as well as the possible import of additional mulch to the site. The offer must also include sawdust and other materials needed to build the pile.- The operator informs the municipality of the water meter reading before the start of the snow cannoning and after the snow cannoning ends in order to calculate the amount of water used. - The offer must include Cannon Snow making, pile shaping and crushing. The operator coordinates and supervises the excavator work needed to shape the snow pile and thermal insulation with a mulch layer, as well as the possible import of additional mulch to the site. The contract covers the construction of the cannon snow trail in 2026 and the option years 2027 and 20282. Spreading cannon snow and making a track base.
