Description:
The City of Tampere is building a new canyon school and a kindergarten to replace the current school building. Current buildings will be demolished as a separate project before the start of the new building project. The new building will be dimensioned for 525 pupils, covering the years 0-6, and pre -school and special educationpupils. The kindergarten is dimensioned for 200 children (10 groups). The tendering will be carried out as a competitive negotiation procedure and is divided into two stages:enrollment and offer phase.
In the registration phase, those operators who meet the minimum requirements set and are invited to the actual offer phase. If necessary, participants will be eliminated in accordance with the pre -determined scoring criteria that arespecified in the procurement documents. On the basis of the tendering phase, the selected tenderer is launched in a development phase where the project is planned anddeveloped in cooperation with the customer. Moving to the implementation phase will be decided at the end of the development phase.
