- The Center for functional genomics (FFGC) at the Turku Biology Center needs to upgrade the Agilent Fragment Analyzer and Agilent Bioanalyzer Capillary Electrophoforesis Devices. Fragment Analyzer will be replaced with a new similar device and bioanalyzer device it The corresponding Agilen Tapestation device because bioanalyzer devices have been discontinued and the tapestation is equipped with similar features. These devices will be used for the quality of samples and finished sequencing libraries to ensure.
