Description:
The targeted framework arrangement of the acquisition is car rental and mini-leasing services and the provision of related services to customers committed to this framework on the terms and conditions defined in the invitation to tender and its annexes. are more detailed in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender and in other bidding documents. The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy shall have the right to extend the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years on the terms of the framework agreement. Procurement agreements may be valid for up to three (3) months after the termination of the framework agreement. The lease shall be valid under the condition of the lease until the end of the lease, but not more than 27 months after the end of the framework agreement. Also attached to the invitation to tender Chapter 6 of the Framework Agreement 6.
