• OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of this framework arrangement is car rental and mini-leasing services and the provision of related services to the Customers committed to this framework arrangement under the conditions specified in the request for tender and its appendices. the vehicle categories and requirements related to the target are presented in more detail in appendix 1 of the request for tenders "Purchase object" and in other tender documents. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the framework agreement valid for an option period of a maximum of two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement. Procurement agreements can be valid for a maximum of three (3) months after the end of the framework agreement. The rental agreement is valid for the rental property under the terms of the framework agreement until the end of the rental period, however no more than 27 months after the end of the framework agreement. See also chapter 6 of the framework agreement in appendix B of the request for tenders. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT ESTIMATED TOTAL VALUE AND MAXIMUM VALUE OF NORMAL CONDITIONS The estimated total value of the framework arrangement during the contract period, including option periods, is 40-52 million. EUR (without VAT) under normal circumstances. The maximum value of the framework arrangement in the contract period, including option periods, is EUR 52 million (without value added tax) under normal conditions.
