- The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Association is requesting binding offers for the care and maintenance of the buildings and technical systems of the Ämmässuo Eco Industries Center. The area of the Eco -Industry Center is about 200 ha and is surrounded by a protective green area. The area is handled and intermediate in storage for HSY. The Eco-Industrial Center has office and warehouse properties, which are maintained in accordance with Novi by Pinja, the maintenance system in use. The service carries out maintenance and inspections in accordance with the maintenance program. Mobile work tracking is used. The outdoor areas are handled by a service provider's property maintenance machine and on the customer -owned, existing accessories. They must coordinate and act on the service provider's machines.
