• Tampereen University of Applied Sciences Oy's Facilities and Real Estate Services is requesting offers for green and outdoor plant care and planting services for the campuses of the Tampere higher education community in Tampere. The service includes the care of green plants located indoors as well as seasonal plantings of planting containers located outdoors and their care during the contract period. The procurement includes two related entities: 1) maintenance service for green plants owned by the Customer located indoors, and 2) outdoors seasonal plantings and their care in the planter containers located in the with which an agreement covering both entities is signed. More detailed content of the service, quality requirements, operating procedures, response times and the Supplier's responsibilities are described in the attached Service description. The contract terms regarding the production of the service, the management of deviations, possible contractual fines and the error and complaint procedure are defined in the draft service contract and in the JYSE 2025 Services terms and conditions applicable to it. The plant species, number of units and other quantitative information presented in the request for tender are based on the Customer's estimate at the time of preparing the request for tender. This information is used to compare offers and is not binding Subscriber during the contract period. The Customer does not commit to minimum quantities, and the quantities may change during the contract period in accordance with the Customer's needs.
