- The Turku urban environment service complex requests offers regarding the maintenance of the Pähkinäinen outdoor islands for the period 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026. The service provider can extend the tourist season from May 1 if they wish. and ending on 15.10. to the next weekend. Season the extension is always agreed separately with the customer. The right of use is given to the island's accommodation and cafe operation. You can also organize small-scale events on the outdoor island. Space rents and income from operations go to the service provider. Pähkinäinen the main building has accommodation for 12 people, in rooms for two, four and six people, a kitchen and a public area. The island also has a beach sauna, a separate warm shower and a kiosk. The beach has a connection pier, a guest boat pier and a beach. Nuts the management of the outdoor recreation area includes the sale of kiosk supplies, the maintenance required by accommodation operations, janitorial work, environmental care, waste collection in the area and small-scale renovations with the city's permission. The service provider manages the maintenance of cabins, saunas, boat berths, etc. reservations. Income from cabins, saunas, boat berths, etc. belongs to the service provider. Café and kiosk services are produced in the existing kitchen and sales premises with current furniture. One (1) service provider will be selected as the service provider.
