• The Business Oulu business institution (hereinafter also "BusinessOulu", "Client" and "Procurement unit") requests offers for training organized for companies in the employment area of ​​the Oulu region in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. Oulu region the employment area includes the following municipalities: Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjärvi, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi and Vaala. Business Oulu's employment department is an institution that is part of the organization of the city of Oulu and is responsible on the organization of employment services in the employment area of ​​the Oulu region. The competitive entity is described in the service description attached to the request for tender. The value of the procurement for the first contract period is a total of 45,000 euros without VAT. The first contract period is estimated to be 8/2026-12/2027, but depending on customer needs, the contract period can be shorter or longer than this. The customer has an option-based additional acquisition right for two (2) new acquisitions within three (3) years from the original of acquisition. It is a procurement of social and health services described in chapter 12 of the below-threshold procurement act (Act on public procurement and right-of-use agreements 1397/2016) in accordance with Appendix E. The procurement unit approves the cheapest offer and makes a framework agreement with the offerer. The procurement unit reserves the right not to purchase all or only a part of the service presented in this request for tender.
