The acquisition focuses on the case management and information management system of Etela-Savon Education Oy/Etela-Savo Vocational College, designed to organize, manage and retain documents and related information throughout their lifecycle. The software entity should applyFor the use of the Vocational Training Organizer and complies with the applicable legislation on the client. The starting point is the acquisition of a cloud -based ready -made software, which can be adjusted to the customer's needs. The entity to be purchased willEnables different measures for management:- Tos- Documents-decision-making (official decisions)- Meeting management-contracted-to-report data to the electronic archive in use (Tripla Archive) and, in addition, the Educational Statement Solution mustproduct. The solution to be offered must be integrated with Visma Sign, the electronic signature service used by Etela-Savon Kuntoi Oy. Production use is started1.1.2026 and the contract is valid indefinitely.
