The City of Rovaniemi is planning to compete for a comprehensive case management solution for the rest of 2025. The case management solution must meet the requirements of the Case Management of the Public Administration Information Management Act and to be the Directors' recommendation (KA/12266/07.01.01.00/2022)Recommendation of the Recommendation of the Administration in accordance with the metadata of the case (2023: 76). The case management solution must include the following features/functionality: - Case Management - Creating and maintaining a information management plan - drawing up official decisions - HA of institutionsand the preparation of meeting documents - electronic meeting - contract management - Publication environment and celebrity functions - search functions and reporting - electronic signature - Electronic archiving (option) Pre -information notice is an invitation to market shifts, whereSuppliers interested in procurement have the opportunity to have a market dialogue with the City of Rovaniemi. The contracting entity is planning to hold a common info related to market dialogue for all companies registered in market dialogue Thu 15.5. 13.00 - 14.00.
