- The acquisition is the subject of the Tervo municipality's Municipality's Bellet2 Recommendation, the Public Administration Information Management of the Act (906/2019) and the Archives Act (831/1994), as well as the case and document management system that meets the requirements of the National Archives, and the supply of the electronic archive as Saas service (Software As a Service). The result of the acquisition is the fullest of the production-based ready-to-use software provided as a SaaS service. Description and mandatory requirements have been set out in the appendices of the invitation to tender. The contract period is estimated to begin at the beginning of 2026 and will be temporary 12 months, after which it continues for an indefinite period.
