Description:
The internal tendering of the dynamic procurement system is made in class 2. The customer selects the supplier based on the internal tendering of the dynamic procurement system and concludes a contract with the winning tenderer. The draft contract is attached to the invitation to tender. The contracting entity asksYour offer for cleaning services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition focuses on the cleaning services of the premises of the Finnish Center for Pensions, including maintenance and basic cleaning, supplies and additional cleaning services. The content of cleaning services and the scope of the acquisition is definedin the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The description of the cleaning site and the need for service are described in the Annex "Demonstration of the Cleaning Site"- The time spent on maintenance cleaning on the site must be at least 160 hours per month. - The time spent on supervisor at the premises of the site must be at least8 h in a month. The same hours that are provided for the maintenance and basic cleaning of the site must not be included in the management lessons and are not included in the office. The anticipated value of the contract is approximately 300,000-350,000 euros.Cleaning needs may vary during the contract period according to the use of the premises. For the site, the number of squares, the number of persons and the nature of the activity may change during the contract period.
