• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the winter and summer maintenance work of the street areas, markets, parks, playgrounds, beaches, harbor and property yard areas in the contract area of ​​the city center of Mikkeli, as well as the street areas and street green areas under the property's management responsibility. The contract includes parts of the city are: Kaukola, Kalevankangas (partly), Kirjala, Maunuksela, Nuijamies and Savilahti. The duration of the regional contract is 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031, with possible option years 1 October 2031 to 30 September 2032 and 1 October 2032 to 30 September 2033. The client's goal is to achieve a cost-effective solution. The areas covered by the contract are shown and delimited on work area maps. The customer's asset management software is the Trimble Locus Cloud software. Special features of the contract area:-a large number of events every year-temporary traffic arrangements-continuous property repair and infrastructure construction-dense urban structure a challenge for winter maintenance-in good condition- and sanitation act, property management obligations - different technology: street drainage map, irrigation systems, water features - the area is partially located in the groundwater areas of Kalevankanka and Pursiala The projected total value of the work is estimated to be around 5-7 M€.
