Description:
The object of the procurement is the new construction of cold storage and farewell facilities for the deceased, which will be implemented as a total contract.
The project is implemented as a fixed-price overall contract, where the contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main contractor as defined by the legislation and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract (YSE), whichtakes care of site management responsibilities, site services and work safety.
The total area of the new building is approx. 1200 brm2 and it consists of a single-story kneeling building mass and a tall section containing the death storage towers.
To be built in the tower-like part of the buildingviiIn the five high cold storage rooms, approximately 15-meter high shelf systems implemented with a warehouse automation system are placed, in which automatically operated elevators transport the deceased on chutes to shelves on several levels, and from the shelf back to the access opening on the ground floor level. Kuthe frame and insulation element walls of the outer cold storage room, except for the front wall, will be built ready for the sixth warehouse automation tower that the user will acquire later.
The construction work of the new building includes all earthworks, building engineering and construction work. Warehouse automation systemlma is a separate procurement of the developer carried out as a subordinate side contract, the installation of which is coordinated to be done in connection with the construction works.
