• Central Ostrobothnia welfare area Soite requests your offer for the cleaning and facility maintenance services of Central Ostrobothnia Central Hospital, as well as internal transport services for the period 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2031. The tender request has two parts of the procurement. It is possible for the tenderer to make an offer for one of the areas of the procurement or for both areas of the procurement. Both parts of the request for tenders are resolved independently with their own comparison criteria after the tender comparison. The procurement contract includes nursing work supportive facility maintenance tasks and cleaning of support service facilities in sub-area 1. The tasks are described in more detail in the "Service description Central Hospital cleaning and facility maintenance services" appendix. The procurement consists of the functional units concerned unit-specific work programs (unit cards are attached to the tender request). The cleaning frequency and quality profile defined for each room are specified in the unit cards. The cost responsibility table describes the distribution of costs between the customer and the producer between. Regarding the cleaning service, the Insta 800 1:2018 technical quality definition and evaluation system is used. There is a separate service contract, quality profiles and club table attached to Insta 800.
