Certia Oy asks for a bid for the transmission of Certia's purchase and sales invoices to the extent of this invitation to tender and its annexes for the contract period 01.01.2026- 31.06.2030.
The acquisition agreement will then automatically be renewed as an option for two (2) years at a time unless eitherThe contractor terminates the contract to end at the end of the existing contract /option period. If the contract is terminated, it shall be concluded at the latest six (6) months before the end of the existing contract /option period in writing.
The offer is binding and should be drawn up in Finlandin the language. The procurement process is in full in Finnish.
