• Description:
• The technical office of the city of Akaa is requesting bids for renewing the Viiala library's heating method to geothermal heat in accordance with the request for bids and its documents. Basically, the system should be dimensioned so that the current electricity connection does not need to be enlarged. Provided the subscription has to be increased because of the system, this should be included in the offer pl. subscription fee paid by the subscriber. The tenderer applies for a construction permit for the sites in accordance with the instructions of the city's building control. The customer authorizes the provider to apply for the permit. Geothermal equipment and well fields with installations and accessories are done as a KVR contract (complete implementation). The contract must be offered as a complete delivery, already installed. The provider plans and implements the given documents (Viiala's library change of heating method. HVAC construction method survey) ground heating system for the Viiala library property, where the old oil heating system is replaced. The object's current electricity connection is 3x63A. In 2025, the maximum amount of energy consumed in a single hour was 21.68kWh and the total electricity consumption was 69499 kWh. The system must be connectable to the customer's home automation system IQ Vision In connection with the offer, an estimate of the energy consumption of the system must be provided, the consumption of heat pumps and additional heating itemized.
