Description:
The main objectives of the plan project are described in the participation and evaluation plan attached to the invitation to tender. The partial master plan design area is limited to the attached to the invitation to tenderon the map. The delimitation is indicative and the extent of the area may change due to the factors occurring during the plan process. The preliminary planning area of the partial master plan is about 76 hectares. There are three master plans approved at different times in the design area of the master plan. There is a planning areaValid 11 different zoning plans and some of the planning areas do not valid the town plan. The steps of the plan process so far: a master plan has been drawn up for the planning area, which was approved by the City Government on 25.3.2024.On 22 February 2024, the Vitality Committee approved by the Vitality Committee on 26.12.2024 was held on December 26, 2024. The Vitality Committee approved the participation and evaluation plan for the plan project and decided to make it available on 23 January 2025.On February 14-February 28, 2025.
