Description:
The object of the procurement is change security services to be acquired for the Veikkaus Group. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, especially in Appendix 1 Description of the object of procurement. The procurement complies with the law on public procurement and on user right agreements (1397/2016). An accelerated open procedure is used as the procurement procedure. A procurement contract is only created when a written contract is signed. The contract concluded on the basis of the tender does not constitute a contract for the chosen one The service provider has the exclusive right to produce the service. One (1) service provider will be selected as the procurement implementer for an indefinite contractual relationship. The procurement unit does not undertake to purchase a predetermined amount of service from the service provider during the contract period, but the service is purchased as needed, and the contract does not therefore constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the Procurement Unit.
