• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the procurement of statutory change safety training for those dismissed for economic reasons. The employer must obtain for the person to be dismissed for productive or financial reasons (the duration of the employment relationship at least 5 years and the number of employees in the company is more than 30). Change security training supports the re-employment of the dismissed person and ensures that the employer's obligations are met. The employer must plan coaching or training according to the needs of the employees taking into account. They can be organized either as a personal service or as a group-specific service. In this procurement, according to the preliminary assessment, the service would be used to produce a joint start event/events of change security coaching as individual coaching except (if the group size of the trainees is sufficient). The value of the training or education must correspond to at least the calculated salary of the dismissed employee for a month, or of someone working at the same location as the dismissed employee the person's average monthly earnings, whichever is higher. The coaching or training must be carried out within 2 months after the end of the notice period, or it can be carried out later for a compelling reason. Estimated number of customers 30-50 people annually. Servica Oy cannot guarantee the final number of customers.
