Description : This framework agreement covers the provision of charter flights for passengers to customer-specific destinations and in accordance with customer-specific timetables. The flights may be regular or non-recurring. The framework agreement does not cover air transport services provided with helicopters.
Charter flight services shall fulfill the regulations of the European Union-s mandatory legislation and of mandatory Finnish laws and decrees as well as regulations issued by the Finnish authorities.
The framework agreement is divided into two lots:
- LOT 1 Small Business Aircraft
- LOT 2 Large Passenger Aircraft.
