Description:
The acquisition is to provide bus transport services to subscribers here
the terms and conditions specified in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
The procurement does not apply to public transport or the actual school transportation.
The purchase is carried out by car type:
1. Big buses (25-60 place)
2. Small buses (about 10-25 place)
The following city/municipal groups and municipal councils participate in the acquisition:
Lappeenranta, Taipalsaari, South Karelia Social and Health District, South Karelia Educational Association and Lappeenranta Housing Services.
The aim is for the contract period to start on 1.9.2025 and Ends 31.8.2026.
In addition, the contracting entity reserves the opportunity to continue to
agreement on a year at a time, up to three (3) years of stock options.
The use of the option of options The contracting entity decides on the actual contract period
at the end of the separately held with the service provider after negotiations.
Traffic:
The subscriber may use the Lappeenranta local traffic agreement DRNO LPR/1515/08.01.00.01/2020, if necessary, also for charter schedules (eg school swimming pool transport).
Charter runs will not come before or after the runs described in the target description, but the charter is between the runs during the day.
