Description:
The acquisition is subject to the supply of bus transport services and charter times to subscribers under the terms and conditions defined in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition will be subscribed by the City of Imatra (contracting authority) and the city's group companies Imatran Kiinteistoe and Regional Service Oy, MitraImatran Rakenuttaja Oy and other companies belonging to the Mitra Group. The estimated contract period is 1.8.2025-31.7.2029. The terms of the contract are JYSE 2022 services. The acquisition exceeds the EU threshold. The procurement does not apply to public transport or the actual (home and school) school transportation. Acquisitiondivided into parts of the car type: 1. Swimming pool transport 2. Other charter runs, large buses (25-) 3. Other charter runs, small buses (seats 9-24) 4.day a week between late September and early December and between January and May. There are 1-2 classes or a group on board (about 25-55 students in total). The maximum length of the trip between the school and the swimming pool is 10 km in one direction. The number of students being transported will remain annuallyat about the same level. The transportation price will be announced and the transport bill is paid according to one car per distance.
