Kajave Oy has ordered from Rejlers Finland Oy the procurement services related to this 110 kV Piippu GIS - Lohtaja 110 kV extension project. elecKoeasema and Lohtaja substation extension. The KVR contract also includes the extension of the 110 kV open switchgear of the Lohtaja substation in one field. As a separate contract, a 110 kV cable connection from the Lohtaja substation to the Piipu substation will be built, the delivery of the cable will be coordinated with this contract.
The pipea 110 kV GIS switchgear, the necessary control, protection and auxiliary systems, a medium voltage switchgear with an operating voltage of 10 kV but a nominal voltage of 20 kV, and a reactive power compensation reactor will be placed in the new substation building. The scope of the GIS switchgear is 3 pcs of 110 kV fields and a medium voltage substationthe extent of the cell is 14 cells. At this stage, the substation will have one 110/10 kV main transformer and space reservation for another main transformer. Delivery of the substation building is part of this contract. The permit drawings of the substation building and the main structure, preliminary HVAC and building electrical design were made by Kajave Oy, but in other respects the design is part of the contract. The customer acquires the main transformer as a separate purchase, the delivery of the transformer is coordinated with this substation contract. Connecting the transformer to the switchgear is part of the contract. Kajave Oy has obtained a building permit for the substation building.
