• The task of the CBE expert to be procured is to coordinate, under the guidance of Ministry of the Environment officials, based on previous work, the work of the CBE working group in the following tasks:- to take care of the CBE group with the help of the Ministry of the Environment about the substantive and technical development of sustainable construction and the circular economy, as well as the coordination, preparation and implementation of the projects to be launched, - promote the views and interests of Finland and the Ministry of the Environment, the UN Environment Program In the direction of UNEP and Global ABC in the issues of sustainable construction and the circular economy of construction, - to act as Finland's contact person (focal point) in the direction of UNEP, which acts as the 10YFP's secretariat, especially in CBE matters, - to take care of communication and on the interaction between YM, the UNEP 10YFP Secretariat and the GABC network, - participate in the external communication of the program in a separately agreed upon manner, - participate in the reporting of the program's results in a separately agreed upon manner, - participate in the meetings related to the topic for the preparation and organization of events, - participate in the meetings organized within the framework of the project organization and act as the chairman (or secretary) of the meetings. The task requires weekly participation in the coordination of the CBE work. The assignment includes annually 1-4 trips abroad to industry events and 1-3 meetings in the capital region at the client's premises or via remote connection.
