• THIS IS NOT AN ADVANCE NOTICE, PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION TO SURVEY THE MARKET. This announcement is an invitation to market dialogue. This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender. Participating in market dialogue is not a condition for participation in a possible future acquisition and no compensation is paid for participation. The city of Espoo is preparing the expansion and new construction project of the Espoo Cultural Center's theater. The project will implement a new approximately 9000brm2 theater ensemble. The whole includes a flexible theater hall for 500-700 spectators and the related rehearsal, production, audience and support facilities as part of the Tapiola cultural center. The project is located in a culturally historically valuable environment and is exceptionally demanding in terms of design and construction. The purpose of the market dialogue is to inform about the project and ask market players for feedback on the implementation form of the procurement, phasing, competence and resource requirements, about risk management and the key boundary conditions of the project before starting the actual procurement procedure. Based on the sent references, the city of Espoo will select a maximum of 5 potential operators from the operators who responded to the market dialogue service provider to participate in market dialogues.
