Description:
The subject of the procurement is the rental services of construction equipment with drivers as a framework arrangement.
The customer orders from the service provider, as needed, construction equipment with drivers to make public areas of the city of Huittinen (traffic lanes, parks, land and forest areas, sports areas), water wellsconstruction and maintenance tasks of the heating plant and facility services in accordance with the instructions and regulations given by the customer's management. The procurement only applies to unspecified
land construction equipment rental services. Extensive, individualized contracts, which may include the rental service of earthmoving equipment, kwill be complimented separately.
More detailed conditions regarding procurement can be found in the framework contract template in appendix 1 of the request for tenders.
The customer does not commit to certain purchase quantities, but services are ordered according to the customer's needs.
Additional equipment is ordered according to the customer's needs and always specificallyby agreement.
The agreement does not give the service provider an exclusive right to provide the services that are the subject of the agreement.
